FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Validity Period

   • This gift voucher is valid until 29 December 2024. The voucher will no longer be valid after this date.

2. Redemption

   • The gift voucher can only be redeemed online at hello@tinytography.co.uk.

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

   • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are also non-refundable and cannot be resold. Any resale or attempt to resell the voucher renders it void.

4. Partial Use

   • If your purchase’s total value exceeds the gift voucher’s value, the balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.

5. Multiple Vouchers

   • Multiple gift vouchers can be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified. Please ensure that you provide all voucher codes when making your purchase.

6. Usage

   • The voucher is valid for one-time use only.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

   • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Please treat your voucher as if it were cash.

8. Restrictions

   • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

9. Fraud

   • We reserve the right to refuse a voucher that we believe has been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise affected by fraud.

10. Legal Compliance

    • The gift voucher and its use are subject to UK laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the gift voucher will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Right to Amend

    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
